To illustrate the potential of our equipment, every day we will be holding a number of live demos featuring our Steambox Evolution and Pop, the latest addition to the Giorik family, with a special session on 24 October with celebrity guest, Chef Melvyn. A graduate of the Sunrice Global Chef Academy, Melvyn Lee, better known as the “Asian Food Soldier”, honed his culinary skills in renowned kitchens such as Al Forno and Il Lido. He then travelled around the world, introducing Asian cuisine and culture to the general public, cultivating a unique style that seamlessly blends Asian and Western cuisines.
