We are incredibly proud to announce that our commitment to innovation has been recognized: PoP, our speed oven, has been awarded as the most innovative and promising product of the fair!
What makes it special? The PoP Tuner technology (patent pending) combines the vaporization of a minimal amount of water with high-speed air circulation inside the cooking chamber. This allows for cooking, reheating, and regenerating quick-service foods with outstanding quality results. The food reaches an ideal core temperature of 65°C, while maintaining a crispy exterior and enhancing its texture.
