Together with Restaurama and Coffee, Bakery & Pastry, it will form the largest Spanish trade fair platform with international reach focused on the Ho.Re.Ca channel, with the aim of multiplying synergies and boosting business and training opportunities in one of the most important sectors of the Spanish economy. Around 3,200 exhibitors will occupy 100,000 m2 of exhibition space and seven halls, practically the whole of Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Vía venue, which will see more than 350 sessions including presentations, round tables, congresses and demonstrations over the four-day event.
So just the sheer size and reach of the fair make our attendance vital.
However, we have another reason for inviting you to visit us: Hostelco is the first leg on Giorik’s global tour, which will end in Singapore (FHA 22-25 October) and Dubai (Gulfhost 5-7 November) in the autumn, and is an opportunity for us to share our latest offerings with our public. We will be showcasing our new-look MovAir, which we premiered at Host. Prepare to be amazed by the latest addition to the Giorik family, our PoP speed oven, and what it can do in just a few minutes. And then there will be the old favourites - Kore and our top-of-the-range Steambox Evolution - which are constantly evolving.
