Over 1500 suppliers from across food & drink, professional catering equipment, design & decor will show the latest products created specifically for hotels, restaurant & catering professionals.
The show will also host the UK's most prestigious cooking competition - International Salon Culinaire, to welcoming the UK's top chefs and culinary experts.
