GIORIK’s presence at HCJ 2019, Japan’s biggest HO.RE.Ca fair, has been confirmed. The event encompasses three events which are separate but, at the same time, complementary and relevant to the large-scale catering market. The events are Hotel Japan, Caterex Japan and the Japan food service equipment show. And it is in the latter that the Italian company will be playing a starring role. Once again, Giorik will be attending the fair with Kitazawa Sangyo Co., its exclusive business partner in Japan. Kitazawa is one of the most solid and influential Japanese businesses serving Ho.re.Ca.. First established in Tokyo in 1951, today it sets the benchmark for both traditional organisations (traditional Japanese Ryokan hotels), and for owners of new hotels and restaurants.
