Giorik is gearing up for its next trade fair in the land of the Rising Sun. This year the Italian company will once again be exhibiting at HCJ, the most important Ho.Re.Ca trade show in Japan, alongside the Kitazawa Sangyo Co. group. As many as 70,000 visitors are expected, mainly buyers and local professionals in the catering sector. Japan is currently investing significantly in the tourism sector, aiming to attract visitors with the extraordinary beauty of its architecture and landscapes. It has 21 UNESCO World Heritage Sites dotted around the country, including Himeji Castle, the historical monuments of Kyoto, the Nara temples and the legendary Mount Fuji. In recent years more than 24 million foreign visitors have chosen to visit Japan. These numbers are certainly encouraging for the Nipponese hospitality industry, a flourishing market where Giorik, thanks to its experience and reputation, aims to consolidate its presence.
