Giorik is set to take part in another fair, the NRA SHOW 2019, aimed at the HO.RE.Ca trade for North America. NRA, which stands for the National Restaurant Association, will once again be held at McCormick Place in Chicago, the USA’s largest congress centre. The edition about to go live is a special one which, amongst other things, will be celebrating 100 years since the event was first founded. As a result, it is also an important appointment for Giorik, which has confirmed its participation alongside BKI Worldwide, a company which belongs to American colossus Standex. In the 4-day event, alongside the numerous meetings, cooking contests and conferences, there will also be a host of popular “after-hours” events for entertainment and socialising outside the fair. These will afford an opportunity to forge new business relationships against a more informal backdrop. The key event will be held on the Monday with celebrations to mark 100 years of the NRA set to be held at TAO, Chicago’s most popular and fashionable Japanese-style restaurant.
