Ristorexpo, the trade show for Ho.Re.Ca professionals organised by Lariofiere and Confcommercio, will be held in Erba from 3 to 6 April. Over the years this event, which presents the latest trends in the catering industry, has become a real brand for a specialist public of over 20,000 professionals. More than 200 companies will be showcasing their latest offerings and innovations in fine food, catering products and preparations, furnishings and equipment. A series of side events has been scheduled, including cookery demonstrations, storytelling, workshops and seminars featuring top Italian chefs such as Massimo Bottura, Carlo Cracco and Davide Scabin.
