This year has once again seen Giorik attending Seoul Food & Hotel (SFH), the largest fair for the HO.RE.CA. sector held in Korea. This, the twelfth edition, was staged at Seoul’s KINTEX fair grounds in premises with over 100,000 sqm of exhibition space, in what continues to be the country’s largest trade fair centre. In excess of 45,000 visitors were recorded at the event. All were FOOD professionals in search of the latest new products displayed by leading partner businesses on the international scene. During the event, the public also had the opportunity to watch the “SFH Culinary Challenge”, a glitzy contest with over 200 Korean Chefs engaging in live challenges to turn out their very finest dishes. Giorik could not have missed such an interesting exhibition opportunity, given the considerable success the company is seeing in sales of its latest products in Korea, which confirm the positive trend which has seen the Italian company increase its market share in every country on the Asian Continent.
