Boiling pans

Giorik’s range of boiling pans is available in direct or indirect heating versions. In the indirect versions, the gap pressure is controlled by a safety valve and analogue pressure gauge. The tank is filled from a swivel tap and drained via a chrome-plated brass valve with a handle. The autoclave system (0.05 bar) is available on request.

In the electric versions, heating is by means of armoured incoloy-alloy elements installed inside the gap. In the gas version, however, heating is by means of high performance steel burners. Each machine has a funnel tap for topping up the liquid in the gap.
