Tilting braising pans
The bratt pans in Giorik’s Unika 700 line are available in the manual tilt version using a handwheel or with electrically-controlled electric tilting. Pan filled via a tap and spout on the flue.
Multi-use braising pans
In addition to the tilting bratt pan, Giorik’s Unika 700 line also has fixed electric version with a capacity of 15 or 30 litres. With drip tray and non-protruding knobs, they are the most practical solution for professional kitchens.
