The concentric infrared heating elements, divided into two heating zones, are located underneath the ceramic glass surface and sealed with a water-tight hermetic system for easy cleaning and against hazardous spillage. The machines can be fitted with 2 (or 4) independent 2.1 kW cooking areas. The temperature can be adjusted by a power regulator.
