Frytops in the Unika range are available with smooth or ribbed or mixed cooking griddles, with a satin chrome-plated finish and in single or double module versions.
Chrome-plated satin finish surfaces
The cooking plate with a chrome-plated satin finish surface is 15 mm thick and has a hole in it to drain away any grease. The chrome-plated surface also allows contact cooking while avoiding the transfer of flavours from one food to another, so different foods can be grilled at the same time.
Maximum temperature 300 °C
They are heated by two-branch burners, in the case of gas appliances, and by means of INCOLOY heating elements placed under the cooking plates, in the case of electric appliances.
