The fryer line consists of gas and or electric counter top models, all with a “cold zone” shaped pan and lid. The appliances have front modularity of 40 and 60 cm and can be laid out horizontally and vertically (on support units).
Heating system
On some models, Giorik’s Gio60 line has heating elements that can be raised for easy cleaning and servicing of the pan. In the gas versions, the fryers have high-performance heating tubes.
Front unloading
Water drain taps with removable spouts located on the front and fitted with a safety device against accidental opening.
