The hob in the Unika 900 gas hobs is made from deep moulding with brass burners hermetically attached to the hob, thus preventing the overflow of any liquid and facilitating cleaning.
Interchangeable burners
Depending on the type of use, the position of the burners can be changed after installation thanks to the flexible steel pipes. Certification is not compromised by these changes. The burners are supplied with a dual protection device for the pilot light and enamelled cast iron racks. Brass burners with powers ranging from 6 to 10 kW.
Versions on oven
Unika900 gas hobs can be placed on a static electric oven with a steel base unit. They are heated by the upper and lower heating elements with independent thermostat adjustment for a temperature range from 50°C to 300°C and 4-position switch. In gas oven versions, the oven is equipped with a thermostatic valve for temperature adjustment from 100°C to 300°C.
