Solid top

The solid top hobs in the Unika 700 range are available fitted on an open base cabinet or with an electric or gas oven. The single heating element in a central position, for the gas version, creates differentiated heating areas on the cooking plate, so that the central part, with a greater concentration of heat, is better for more aggressive cooking, leaving more delicate cooking (or warming) to the outer zones.

The Unika700 electric solid tops can be placed on top of the static electric or gas oven with a steel base. They are heated by the upper and lower heating elements with independent thermostat adjustment for a temperature range from 50°C to 300°C and 4-position switch. In gas oven versions, the oven is equipped with a thermostatic valve for temperature adjustment from 100°C to 300°C.
