Thanks to a Giorik patent, two steam production methods coexist in the Steambox Evolution H oven, combining the quality of boiler-generated steam with the speed and economy of INSTANT steam. The benefits that this system brings can be easily measured in terms of SPEED, QUALITY, EFFICIENCY and SAVINGS.
The perfect climate Habitat
The unique humidity control system (Giorik patent) allows you to monitor the climate situation in the cooking chamber and to promptly intervene to maintain the correct degree of hydration. This is thanks to the software that analyses the reference parameters in the chamber, making adjustments to steam production or humidity discharge.
Modulated hydration steam
Steambox Evolution H ovens allow you to determine both the QUANTITY and the QUALITY of the steam in the cooking chamber. This is thanks to a patented system that allows the user to adjust the degree of steam hydration by setting the right degree of dryness or humidity according to the type of cooking.
RecipeTuner changes based on the type of cooking implemented and allows you to adjust: the cooking, browning, humidity level and degree of proofing. The interfaces work with both preset programmes and those created by the chef.
The new Rack Control allows different dishes to be cooked simultaneously on different levels. With EasyService, a new function of the Rack Control, you can serve all the dishes at the same time.
Connected to the Cloud
Standard equipped with Wi-Fi module for recognition and visibility on the Giorik Cloud. This allows for remote error and parameter analysis, as will as real-time software updates.
Create, modify, duplicate and distribute recipes to ovens remotely. Develop customised recipes that are always available on the Giorik Cloud.
