Exclusive heating system, in which the heating elements are housed in a special reflective ceramic plate and protected by a diffuser glass that enhances heat transmission, allowing cooking temperature to be reached in just 8 seconds.
Control Panel
Control panel that allows the cooking time to be set from 5'' to 15' in 5'' intervals, shown on a digital display. At the end of the programmed cycle, which can be memorised for immediate repeatability, Hi-Lite stops automatically, giving an acoustic warning.
Heating elements
In the version with 2 heating elements, these can be used at maximum temperature simultaneously or intermittently.
In the bigger versions, all or only the central heating elements can be in operation. At maximum intensity, an electronic card regulates the activation of the central heating elements intermittently, so as to ensure uniformity of cooking and to protect against excessive overheating.
