In fact the hotel’s kitchens are now home to Steambox ovens, Giorik’s top products.Andrea De Dea, the Executive Chef at Giorik, purposely held a course at the Akrones in the last few days to train up his Turkish counterparts on the best approaches for using Giorik machines. The installations were made in conjunction with Bursa-based company Inoksan in Turkey, Giorik’s area importer.
