Blue Supreme is a fun and approachable neighbourhood gastropub that encourages guests to develop an appreciation for craft beers, thanks to genial staff with a penchant for sending over samples of their favourite pours unprompted. In the kitchen, they have chosen our most high-tech salamander, Hi-Touch, and our most compact combi-oven, ideal for the limited spaces of Hong Kong.
