Giorik ovens were recently installed at Dolci Pensieri, the well-known bakery on the beachfront in Torre Pedrera, a seaside resort on the Romagna Riviera. Dolci Pensieri chose MovAir, the combined convection/steam oven by Giorik, to prepare its delicious sweet and savoury offerings which are so popular with its customers, because it meets all gastronomy and patisserie needs thanks to its double fitments.

The bakery invested in two MovAir ovens to increase production and optimise space in their kitchen: one L model (with left-hand hinges and touch-screen panel on the right) and one R (with right-hand hinges and touch-screen panel on the left). Because MovAir is the only product of its kind available in the mirrored version. The ovens were installed by “L’Espresso – attrezzature alberghiere”, Giorik’s distributor in Rimini.
