A lively gastropub which stocks craft beers, including beer it makes in-house, Hog is more than your ordinary watering hole. It’s a friendly pub in which to enjoy excellent comfort food such as the Hog Burger, the ultra-classic double hamburger with cheddar, tomato, lettuce and sauce, or the unusual Berghem made with Branzi, a traditional cheese produced in the Brembana valley, with the addition of salami. To ensure the pub’s high turnout demands are met (Hog Beer sits 500!), the gastropub has installed a complete Unika 900 cooking range in its enormous kitchens, along with our top-of-the-range oven, the Steambox Evolution.
