The dishes are of the very highest standards, a fact confirmed by the third Michelin star recently acquired under the guidance of award-winning chef Christian Le Squer, who was signed by Le Cinq in 2014. In the kitchens of the building, which play host to an 18-strong équipe, a Hi Touch salamander plays centre stage.
