A new GIORIK kitchen has recently been installed at LILYA, the Moroccan lounge and bar located in the heart of Hong Kong Island on the famous Wyndham Street. This exotic venue successfully recreates all the charm of a Marrakesh riad, from the architecture down to the typical Arabic furnishings. Standout dishes on the à la carte menu include delicious spicy tajines and a must-try Moroccan fish soup for fish lovers, with swordfish, prawns and barley masterfully combined with fresh vegetables and aromatic herbs.

To create these culinary masterpieces, the chefs at LILYA now have a fry top and a fryer from the UNIKA range of hob equipment, as well as a Hi-Lite Plus Salamander and an oven from the Kompatto range. The equipment was installed by Pacific Foodservice Equipment Co.Ltd, Giorik’s Hong Kong and Macao importer.
