Located in a natural enclave in Vimianzo, north-west Spain, Pazo Trasariz is a luxury venue for large events. Pazo Trasariz, a historical complex with a variety of different spaces, is the perfect fusion of tradition and modernity and the Gazebo, one of its main attractions, embodies this with an ultra-modern design which creates a striking contrast with the 17th-century manor. The cuisine echoes this dual identity, blending traditional Galician fare with current culinary trends. The focal point of the complex, the Gazebo, has a new kitchen which has been completely fitted out by our local dealer Hostelfrio of Vimianzo, run by Martinez and Villar. Hostelfrio comes to the project with many years’ experience installing, repairing and servicing equipment for the hotel and restaurant industry.

During a visit to Giorik headquarters, Dario Martinez explained they had chosen Unika hobs and Evolution ovens for this high-profile project in anticipation of the heavy use the equipment will see, given the large number of people the venue can accommodate.
