Giorik features in the new Quechua Decathlon brand concept store in Passy. The very first store entirely dedicated to mountain sports, it is located in the heart of the valley at the foot of Mont Blanc, set in a magical landscape with breath-taking views. The project, entirely managed by our long-term importer for France Eberhardt Frères Pro, includes the store, Quechua offices and restaurant facilities for both customers and staff, capable of serving 250-300 meals at each sitting. The equipment selected for the kitchen is a Steambox 10 GN 1/1 oven and a Hi-Lite salamander, state-of-the-art technology from the House of Giorik.
