Martìn Berasategui is currently one of the world’s most influential chefs. He has notched up 12 Michelin stars, and he now runs the eponymous restaurant "Restaurante Martín Berasategui" at Lasarte-Oria in the Basque province of Guipuzkoa. His renowned modern Basque cuisine draws on the culinary traditions and flavours of the local area. For Berasategui, the decision to adopt Giorik equipment means continuing and, if possible, even bettering himself in the culinary art. In particular, the equipment fitted includes two top-end Giorik products: the Steambox Evolution and Kompatto ovens, whose versatility and reliability instantly captured the attention of the Basque chef. The fitting was carried out by Eurofred, Giorik’s partner in the area.
