A little corner of Germany comes to Brescia. The STREET-STUBE restaurant and bierkeller, which recreates the atmosphere of a traditional Bavarian beer cellar, has just opened its doors in LE PORTE FRANCHE shopping centre. The owners have chosen Giorik high-tech excellence for their kitchen, installing a Unika hob and level H Kompatto oven. What makes this equipment so special is the peak current mode control that enables all the electrical appliances to operate with reduced energy costs without sacrificing the superior performance of Giorik equipment. The project was handled by Bergamo-based Dama Srl, the authorised dealer for that area.
