At the foot of the mountain of the same name, on the sunny side of the village of San Vigilio di Marebbe (province of Bolzano), lies Hotel Monte Paraccia. Located in the immediate vicinity of the Plan de Corones ski slopes, among the most charming in the Dolomiti Superski skiing circuit, the hotel is renowned for the high standards it offers its customers. The skilled chefs at Hotel Monte Paraccia have now placed their trust in the mastery of Giorik’s quality equipment. The aim is to offer diners at the restaurant the finest delicacies of traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, juxtaposed with traditional Mediterranean dishes, including combinations of the two traditional approaches which result in original creations. The kitchens have been fitted with, amongst others, the Steambox oven from the Evolution range. The fitting was overseen by Bolzano-based company Kabu, Giorik’s dealer for the South Tyrol area.
