There is now another good reason to make a pleasant stop at the Lotos service station on Poland’s A2 motorway, linking Warsaw to Poznan. The eatery located alongside the petrol station has equipped itself with a Giorik oven for cooking the food it serves travellers, opting for a Kompatto oven, the only “compact” category oven with a boiler. The oven was installed by our new distributor for Poland, the Lorien Group, a company that can boast fifteen years experience in the Ho.re.ca sector.
