The installation includes the modular Unika cooking range and a Kompatto combined convection/steam gas oven with a boiler, one of a kind in its category. Thanks to its compact size, it is able to guarantee the superior performance of larger ovens even in tight spaces such as the kitchens of a traditional Venetian restaurant.
