The kitchen at Il Larice, an enchanting agritourism recently opened in the green upper reaches of the Val Seriana, has been entirely fitted out with Giorik equipment. The premises blend seamlessly into the estate of the Azienda Agricola Gaeni farm, which also includes a horse breeder’s with stables. The restaurant serves cuisine typical of the Bergamo area, with local produce firmly in the spotlight. The traditional dishes call for considerable versatility and reliability in the kitchen to express themselves to fullest effect.
