Giorik is the firm behind the new kitchen for the traditional restaurant Almì, located in the historical village of Bacoli, a municipality in the Flegrea peninsula overlooking the gulf of the same name. The restaurant serves wholesome traditional Neapolitan dishes, in which pasta specialities with seasonal vegetables take centre stage alongside a variety of meat sauces. The decision to use Unika, the range of hob equipment, has proven the best possible choice for showcasing a cuisine rooted in ancient tradition and acknowledged worldwide as one of Italy's finest. The kitchen was outfitted in conjunction with Technobill of Naples, Giorik's partner in the area.
